Fen Court’s 30,000 sq ft roof top garden opens to the general public on the 15 February.
The development’s office space is already 90% let to M&G Investments (around 325,000 sq ft) and Argo Capital (33,000 sq ft) with D&D Group to operate the 8,000 sq ft restaurant.
