First look inside Uncommon’s latest flexible office offering

Flexible serviced office provider Uncommon has opened its fourth London location close to Liverpool Street Station.

Providing 35 offices, six meeting rooms and a café, bar and event space on 7th floor as well as a terrace the office space was already 50% let before it opened.

The wellness-focused business, founded by Gal and Tania Adir’s firm Adir Group, was launched in 2017 with £150m of investment from The Carlyle Group.
Its previously opened locations are in Highbury & Islington, Borough and Fulham.

The successful opening of Uncommon’s fourth location comes as research from JLL and flexible office space online platform Hubble forecast that the flexible offices sector is to make up 11% of the office market by 2023, up from 6.3% at the end of 2018.

Last year in the capital 26 new flexible office space providers entered the market taking the number of players in the sector to more than 150 offering some form of flex space in more than 650 separate locations.
